Our news report's target audience is aimed at university students. As our news report is a niche report, we will want it to be as appropriate to our subject matter as much as possible, so our target audience can relate to the report and stay engaged and interested with it for as long as possible.
We will take every aspect to the report seriously so we can adapt to the topic we're talking about. For example, the reporter will be wearing clothes that aren't too slouchy or too smart, but comfy and appropriate and similar to what our target audience can relate to and feel comfortable watching as they know our report will be appropriate for their age group. At the same time, we don't want our report to be taken so seriously that it's too depressing but also not light-hearted and happy so that the message of the report isn't taken in how we want it to be addressed.
an example of an outfit out reporter might wear, if it's outside, she will also wear a simple jacket (we don't want her outfit to be distracting from our message of the report or too extravagant.)
