The plan for this week - Lucy

We have to come up with a draft report by the end of this week (by the 9th February).
The rundown for this week is below:

Monday: I will take out a JVC Camcorder camera and tripod from the school library for our filming day (for Tuesday) and make sure the camera works, is charged, has enough memory space etc. I will also print out the email of the confirmation for filming so we don't get sent away for any reason.

Tuesday: FILMING DAY - for cutaway shots, reporter's shots, interviews etc. Our planned filming location is Middlesex university and we have booked an appointment between 9:30am and 11:00am for an interview with a mental health advisor who works at Middlesex University. We will meet up beforehand at around 9:00am and travel together there. We will most likely get the 113 bus from Edgware, as its route is convenient to the place where we're meeting beforehand.

While we are on the Middlesex campus we will use time we have there to film the other shots of the reporter, cutaways and establishing shots to add a variety of shots to our report.

We have considered that getting the bus could be unreliable and we may not get to the campus on time for our booked filming appointment, so we will keep the emails of the relevant people and email them if this happens.

Here is our confirmation email for our planned filming day:

Wednesday: UPLOADING FOOTAGE TO UPLOAD/EDITING - once we've filmed and have our footage, we will start editing in the new footage with the footage we have already. We will use Adobe Premiere Elements to edit the footage and put the news report together.

Thursday: FINAL EDITING DAY

Friday: FINAL DRAFT DUE
